what if a Canadian has been picked up by the Thai police and they find a criminal warrant issued by the USA and later the individual has appealed the extradition and has also been found to be shizophrenic and suffering from PTSD ?

Hi. I have just read this article on ‘Adding a Second Employer to a Thai Work Permit’.
What if the work permit holder has an employer to add but in a different Province. I work in Nongkhai where I hold my work permit but want to do extra teaching in a local school in Udon Thani province where I live.
Any suggestions please.

I have a thai wife and we had a son born in Thailand almost 5 years ago. we have been in the USA for 2 years. My wife will become a citizen in 2 years and our son will also be a US citizen. we do not plan on moving back to Thailand. How does he not become a Thai citizen and therefore not return when he is 18 to the military lottery? He will not speak Thai nor will he know anything about Thailand.I need to get his Thai citizenship revoked. HOW???

I am not a permanent resident of Thailand (yet), but have been included on my wife’s house certificate for over 20 years. The old certificates were renewed about 3 years ago – now a smaller book type document. There was no problem with my inclusion, or my daughter’s (who has Thai citizenship anyway).
